I collaborated with a team of three dedicated designers to redesign the website of the British Hedgehog Preservation Society, focusing on improving the ease of accessing information. The organisation is committed to the conservation and welfare of hedgehogs in the UK. Our redesign aimed to enhance user experience, making it simpler for visitors to find resources, participate in conservation efforts, and support the society's initiatives.
In this project, I was responsible for creating high-fidelity prototypes, conducting usability testing to ensure the design met user needs, and performing competitive research to benchmark our solutions against other leading conservation websites.
I collaborated with a fellow designer to redesign the website of the U.S. Department of Education, focusing on improving user navigation and information accessibility. The goal was to enhance the website’s usability, ensuring that students, educators, and parents could easily access essential information and resources. Our redesign aimed to create a more intuitive user experience, streamline information architecture, and improve visual accessibility.
In this project, I was responsible for conducting card sorting to organise content logically, performing colour accessibility testing to ensure the site was usable for all visitors, and building a comprehensive sitemap to improve navigation. These efforts were crucial in creating a user-friendly and accessible website that meets the diverse needs of its audience.
